What We're Looking For:

What You'll Be Doing:

Framing and installing custom patio overbuilds and roof structures. Leading or collaborating on job sites with clear scopes and daily targets. Following proven processes for craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency. Working with a foreman who acts more like a coach than a boss.

Required:

3 + years of framing experience in exterior remodeling, carpentry, or deck building. Valid driver's license & reliable transportation. Willingness to learn and follow our processes. Respect for leadership — even if it comes from someone younger. Commitment to safety and professionalism.

Pay & Perks:

$25

• 30/hr based on experience Beat-the-Budget Bonuses
