This position focuses on TPO, EPDM, PVC, and modified bitumen roofs on commercial buildings such as warehouses, offices, and retail properties. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain commercial flat roofing systems Work with TPO, EPDM, PVC, and modified bitumen Remove and replace old roofing materials Follow all safety procedures and jobsite protocols Work efficiently as part of a commercial roofing crew Requirements Commercial or flat roofing experience required Experience with TPO and/or EPDM strongly preferred Ability to work outdoors and at heights Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Pay:

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
