This position is focused on operating our track hoes and heavy equipment while assisting with the installation of high-end fiberglass swimming pools throughout Central Ohio. This is not just a "sit in the machine" position. We are looking for a TEAM-oriented individual who takes pride in quality work, understands site awareness, and is willing to help the crew complete projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Operate excavators / track hoes safely and efficiently 120 - 160 size Perform pool excavations and site grading Assist with fiberglass pool setting and installation Load and unload materials and equipment Help maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Work alongside crew members with plumbing, prep work, and general installation tasks Assist with equipment maintenance, fueling, and daily inspections Read grades and elevations Help troubleshoot site challenges and problem solve in the field

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous excavator / heavy equipment operating experience is a must Experience with residential construction or excavation Ability to work in fast-paced outdoor environments Valid driver's license with clean driving record CDL is a plus, but not required Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work well with a team and communicate professionally Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
