Roofer/Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roofer/Laborer to join our team. This position involves working on various roofing projects, performing labor-intensive tasks, and ensuring high-quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction practices, be comfortable with heavy lifting, and possess experience with power tools and hand tools. Duties Install, repair, and maintain roofs using a variety of materials. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for roofing tasks. Assist in trim carpentry and masonry work as needed. Participate in concrete forming for roofing structures. Perform heavy lifting as required during the installation process. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while on-site. Qualifications Previous experience in roofing or construction is preferred. Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and other equipment related to roofing tasks. Knowledge of construction estimating is a plus. Strong understanding of schematics and the ability to follow detailed instructions. Experience in trim carpentry or masonry work is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday. A reliable work ethic with a commitment to quality craftsmanship and safety standards.
