Job Description

Roofing & Exteriors - Production Manager Central Ohio Shift Roofing & Exteriors is growing rapidly and looking for a high-level Production Manager to help oversee residential roofing and exterior restoration projects throughout Central Ohio. This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of jobs from material delivery through completion while keeping crews accountable, customers informed, and production moving efficiently. The ideal candidate has experience managing roofing or exterior restoration projects in a fast-paced environment and understands how to balance quality, speed, communication, and profitability.
Responsibilities:
Manage residential roofing and exterior projects from start to finish Coordinate crews, labor schedules, deliveries, dumpsters, and inspections Perform quality control inspections during and after installation Communicate with homeowners throughout the production process Ensure jobs are completed cleanly, professionally, and on schedule Work alongside sales, supplements, and office staff to keep projects moving Handle punch lists, service items, and final completion processes Document job progress with photos and notes Maintain organization inside company systems (AccuLynx experience is a plus) Help identify production issues before they become customer problems
Requirements:
Roofing or exterior restoration production experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Highly organized and detail-oriented Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to climb roofs and inspect completed work Experience with insurance restoration workflows preferred AccuLynx or CRM experience preferred
