Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate roofing crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards Interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide installation processes Enforce construction safety regulations, including proper use of safety harnesses and personal protective equipment (PPE) Manage materials and tools such as hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and fabrication equipment to optimize workflow Oversee the installation of roofing systems, coping, gravel stop, and all detail work Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to construction plans and specifications Collaborate with project managers and clients to interpret technical details and resolve on-site challenges promptly Qualifications Proven experience in commercial roofing, roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, and PVC Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans Knowledge of construction safety harnesses and adherence to workplace safety regulations is essential Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, leisters, and other roofing equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and manage physical demands of the job effectively Join us in delivering exceptional craftsmanship while maintaining a safe work environment.
