Remodeling Crew Member

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Crew Member to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction tasks and be able to work collaboratively with others on-site. This role requires hands-on experience with tools and equipment. The Crew Member will contribute to a variety of projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Crew Member will be working at multiple different projects in the area at different times so reliable transportation and attendance is a must. Duties Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Assist in the construction, remodeling, and restoration of structures. Perform tasks related to plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, masonry, and concrete finishing. Engage in heavy equipment operation as required for specific projects. Execute tasks such as drywall installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and cabinet installation. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with team members on various aspects of construction projects including framing, roofing, plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, and hardscaping. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site. Qualifications Proven experience in construction. Knowledge of various construction techniques including concrete forming, glass installation, door hanging, restoration work, and more. Ability to operate heavy machinery safely is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective teamwork on-site. Must possess physical stamina for manual labor tasks including lifting heavy materials.
