Residential remodeling and additions Kitchens and bathrooms Decks, porches, and exterior renovations Framing and structural modifications Finish carpentry and trim work Drywall installation and repairs Flooring installation Doors, windows, siding, and exterior finishes Demolition and jobsite preparation Punch list and warranty work Working alongside subcontractors and helping coordinate projects What We're Looking For We're hiring people—not just resumes.

Qualifications Preferred:
2+ years of construction or remodeling experience Experience with residential remodeling Ability to read plans is a plus Comfortable using common power and hand tools Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to lift 75 lbs. Full-Time Schedule:
Monday-Friday Typical hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Overtime available
Pay:
$20-$30/ hour based on experience. Don't meet every qualification? Apply anyway. We'd rather hire someone with integrity, a great attitude, and a willingness to learn than someone with years of experience but the wrong mindset. We can teach construction—we can't teach character.

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
