Field Service Coordinator

About us Toledo Painting Pros is a fast growing residential painting company serving the Toledo metro area. We handle interior and exterior painting, cabinet work, and specialty finishes. We are expanding quickly and looking for a reliable, organized local coordinator to help us run jobs smoothly on the ground.

What you will do:

Part-time | 5-20 hrs/week | Conduct occasional in-person estimates at customer homes when needed Review job scopes and confirm material and labor requirements are accurate Pick up and deliver paint and materials to job sites using a company card Communicate job details, schedules, and scope to painting crews Check in on active jobs to ensure quality and progress Handle any on-site issues or questions that come up Be available for occasional calls or texts outside standard hours when something comes up What we are looking for Based in Toledo, Ohio with reliable transportation Experience in painting, construction, or home services strongly preferred Organized, communicative, and self-sufficient Comfortable managing contractors and holding them accountable Flexible schedule — some days are 5 minutes, others require driving around Toledo Someone who already has a primary income and is looking for consistent supplemental work Compensation $1,000/month flat retainer + Commissions Company card provided for all material purchases Mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate To apply Reply with a brief description of your background and why this role fits your schedule.
