Modern office setting Growth opportunities Currently looking for a skilled Technician who is looking to excel in the remodeling field. We are looking to add a new technician to the crew, with potential growth into a leadership role. Individuals must work well with limited supervision. Complete maintenance requests as assigned. The Technician will need to have experience in a range of technical areas including flooring, drywall, electrical, carpentry, and, painting. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail, ability to solve problems. Wage based on experience. Must have at least one year of experience in the field. Must have Highschool diploma/ GED.

Responsibilities:

Gather information that can help solve problems. Communicate with clients in a polite and professional manner. Be familiar with safety procedures. Conduct repairs and work per scope of the job assigned. Other duties as assigned by management.

Full-time Pay:

$15.00 - $23.00 per hour
