Residential Exterior Construction Repair Technician

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys skilled hands-on work, problem-solving, and maintaining high standards on every project. Responsibilities (we are willing to train Perform exterior repair work including roofing, siding, gutters, doors, windows, trim, and related repairs Communicate professionally with homeowners on job sites Ensure projects meet company quality standards Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment safely Maintain a clean and organized job site Work efficiently while following safety procedures Complete job documentation and communicate project updates Represent the company professionally with customers and team members
