Overview We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Exterior Cleaning/Power Washing Technicians. This role offers paid training and is perfect for those with no prior experience who are eager to learn a new skill. As an Exterior Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills in the cleaning industry while contributing to customer satisfaction and property maintenance. Duties Operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, brushes, and safety gear to clean building exteriors, windows, roofs, and other surfaces Prepare work sites by setting up ladders, providing property protection, and putting up safety barriers as needed Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members Inspect work areas before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding job scope and completion status Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment after each job Adhere to company policies and procedures during all tasks Experience No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive paid training to help you succeed in this role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Nice-to-have skills include basic physical fitness, ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and good communication skills. Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance is a plus but not required. We value reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude above all.
