In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will ensure that roofing structures are durable, weather-resistant, and built to the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities Install new roofing systems using various materials such as shingles, metal, membrane, or tile, ensuring precise adherence to blueprints and schematics Conduct repairs and maintenance on existing roofs to extend their lifespan and improve performance Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute roofing projects Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely and efficiently on construction sites Perform construction inspection duties to verify quality control standards are met throughout each phase of the project Apply skills in caulking, flashing installation, trim carpentry, as required for comprehensive roofing solutions Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and OSHA regulations Experience Proven experience as a roofer with a strong portfolio of completed projects demonstrating expertise in various roofing systems Extensive knowledge of construction management principles and best practices in roofing installation and repair Hands-on experience with construction inspection processes to ensure compliance with safety standards Proficiency in using hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers), power tools (nail guns, drills), heavy equipment (scaffolding setup), and other construction machinery Ability to operate heavy equipment safely on construction sites while adhering to all safety guidelines Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple trades on complex projects Join our team if you're ready to bring your roofing expertise into a vibrant environment where craftsmanship meets innovation!
