This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors on diverse projects, utilizing your construction expertise to deliver high-quality results. You will be essential in ensuring safety compliance while executing siding installation and related tasks efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities Install, repair, and replace various types of siding including metal, and vinyl with precision and attention to detail. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide installation processes Use hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, and safety harnesses safely to access elevated work areas Follow all construction safety regulations and safety protocol adherence to maintain a secure work environment Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks such as fascia, soffit,framing, drywall installation, caulking, and restoration work Collaborate with team members to interpret technical schematics and ensure project specifications are met efficiently Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on siding installation or roofing projects Familiarity with metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, and roofing repair techniques Hands-on experience working with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, and safety harnesses in outdoor environments Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately for precise project execution Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and best practices for outdoor work environments Experience in masonry, drywall finishing, caulking, trim carpentry or related trades is a plus Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining quality standards Join us if you're passionate about construction craftsmanship!
