Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Residential Remodeler with at least five years of hands-on experience in residential renovation and remodeling projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse home improvement projects, transforming spaces with precision and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Read and interpret detailed construction plans, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of remodeling projects Perform a variety of building construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, plastering, stucco, and trim carpentry to create polished interiors and exteriors Install windows, doors, cabinetry, and other building materials with precision to meet project specifications Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and efficiently across outdoor and indoor work sites Conduct plumbing and electrical work as needed to update or upgrade existing systems in residential settings Execute hardscaping construction projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor features Ensure all work complies with safety protocols, building codes, and project timelines while maintaining a clean and organized job site Qualifications Minimum of five years of experience in residential remodeling or related construction fields Proficiency in using Bluebeam for digital plan review and project documentation Strong knowledge of construction management principles, estimating techniques, and inspection procedures Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately Experience with window installation, door hanging, masonry, tile laying, caulking, drywall finishing, plastering, stucco application, and hardscape construction Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment safely on various job sites Electrical experience and plumbing skills are highly desirable Outdoor work experience is essential for handling exterior renovations effectively Familiarity with safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment at all times Join our team to bring expert craftsmanship into every project!
