Installers

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Time management.
• Represent the company at all times in the highest professional manner while providing the highest level of service to our customers.
• Install the Gas, Wood and Pellet Stoves and Fireplace products to the highest standards
• Interact with the office, homeowners, contractors and others to ensure that all requirements are being met while conducting an installation.
• Be neat in appearance at all times and wear company attire at all times.
• Maintain a clean, efficient service vehicle and work space at all times (company provided).
• Regular maintenance on equipment and tools(company provided)
• Maintain a working knowledge and review the given classes of installed products
• Ability to lift 100lbs (for installers), work efficiently and work on roofs and ladders.

Job duties include:

inspections, fireplace repairs and maintenance, working with a variety of power tools, safety equipment along ladders, documentation of jobs, communicating with clients and sales staff. etc

Ideal Candidate:

Outgoing Customer Service Oriented Able to work outside year round in temperature and weather extremes Ability to work individually and in a team Desire to learn and grow Ability to climb ladders with no fear of heights Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs. Ability to work over-time if needed Ability to pass certification exam within 6 months of hire Valid Driver's license with clean driving history Ability to pass an employment offer drug screen and background check High School diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Construction or Hearth Experience is a plus.
