Full-time Full-time Benefits:
401(k) Prince Law Offices, P.C. is seeking highly skilled, pro-rights attorneys with trial experience in the tri-county area to join our legal team. As a criminal and/or civil attorney, you will play a vital role in representing clients in both criminal and/or civil litigation cases. Your primary responsibility will be to provide effective legal counsel and representation in an ethical and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in criminal and/or civil litigation cases, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis of relevant laws, regulations, and precedents.
  • Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs, without need to utilize AI.
  • Interview clients to gather necessary information for their cases and assess the best course of action.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals, such as paralegals, investigators, and experts to build a strong case.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients when applicable.
  • Present arguments in court before judges and juries.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on case progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in the law and legal trends that may impact client cases.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney with a proven track record of success in criminal and/or civil litigation cases.
  • Strong trial experience with the ability to handle complex cases independently.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present arguments persuasively in court.
  • Proficiency in using legal research databases and other technology tools relevant to the legal profession.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
