Roofers are needed for commercial flat roof EPDM work. Duties will include demo work, site cleanup, measuring and cutting materials, gluing materials with caulk guns, and screwing in insulation. Would also consider someone with rooftop HVAC experience, they tend to do a lot of roof repair when they replace rooftop AC units and would be familiar with installing flashing/ gutters. Pay is $36.10+ fringe benefits. Schedule is M-F, 40+ hours a week until winter. Apply now!
- Commercial and residential roofing experience preferred
- Must have basic hand tools and wear PPE
- Must have experience with either shingle/ metal residential roofing, and gutter work, or commercial flat roof work.
