This full-time position requires a motivated individual who can lead a crew in installing sheet membranes and spray-applied waterproofing and vapor mitigation systems on commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be ready to hit the ground running, demonstrating leadership, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to safety. Position Summary The Waterproofing Technician Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating waterproofing projects while ensuring quality workmanship and strict adherence to safety standards. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide a team to complete projects efficiently and according to specifications. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate waterproofing installations, including sheet membranes and spray-applied systems, on commercial construction sites Work alongside crew members to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification Read and interpret blueprints to guide project execution Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients to ensure alignment on project requirements Enforce and maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards Provide on-the-job training and support to crew members Operate hand and power tools for waterproofing, vapor mitigation, and related construction tasks Maintain organized and safe job sites to promote productivity Position Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing, and walking Previous experience in roofing, painting, commercial waterproofing, or related construction fields Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, lifts, ladders, and paint sprayers Strong knowledge of waterproofing techniques and construction practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead a crew and work independently with minimal supervision Willingness to travel overnight as needed and maintain a flexible schedule Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check Reliable attendance and punctuality Willingness to complete OSHA 30 and Respirator Fit Training during the first week Benefits 401(k) plan Company-supported medical plan (individual coverage) Paid holidays and vacation time Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer Why Join Us?
