Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Subcontractor - Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing installation projects across various construction sites, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of building systems and materials, contributing directly to the successful completion of construction projects. As a key player in our installation team, you will bring your expertise in various trades and technical skills to deliver outstanding results on every project. Responsibilities Install a wide range of building components including fixtures, cabinetry, doors, windows, flooring, and wall systems according to blueprints and schematics Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to complete installations Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure precise execution of installation tasks Perform construction site inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols Collaborate with project managers, construction management teams, and other trades to coordinate installation schedules and workflows Conduct finishing work such as caulking, trim carpentry, plastering, painting, and restoration to achieve polished results Utilize construction estimating skills for material needs and project timelines when required Requirements Proven experience in construction installation or related trades such as carpentry, roofing, masonry, or remodeling Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, heavy equipment operation (if applicable), and fabrication techniques Familiarity with construction management practices and inspection procedures Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced construction environments Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety compliance Experience with specific trade skills such as plumbing, electrical work, glass installation, tile laying or flooring is highly desirable Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Have own tools and tool belt Have own working truck Join us as a Subcontractor - Installer and become part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional construction projects. Pay:
$30.45 - $36.68 per hour
