Construction Service Technician (Exterior & Finish)

Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented person to perform finish and service work on completed or near-complete residential projects. This role focuses on correcting small issues, completing detail work, and ensuring the final product meets quality expectations. This is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and enjoys working independently to solve problems and complete projects correctly. Travel throughout Missouri to job sites. Responsibilities Perform service work on active and completed construction projects Roofing repairs and small roofing completion work Install and adjust exterior trim Paint touch-ups and finish corrections Install stone veneer siding Install tongue & groove porch ceilings Prefinish beams, trim, and wood components prior to installation Identify and correct minor construction defects Communicate clearly with project managers regarding service items Maintain a clean and professional jobsite Qualifications Experience in residential construction or carpentry preferred Ability to perform finish carpentry and detail work Experience with roofing repairs or installation helpful Ability to install stone veneer or willingness to learn Comfortable working independently Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation Basic tools preferred Skills That Fit This Role Well Finish carpentry mindset Pride in clean, accurate work Ability to troubleshoot and complete punch-list items Comfortable working on ladders and roofs Self-motivated and dependable Typical Projects Include Exterior finish corrections on new construction Porch ceiling tongue & groove installation Trim adjustments and paint touch-up Beam and wood prefinishing Stone veneer installation

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
