Legends Bank is looking for a Full-time Operations Specialist/Customer Service at the Linn Main Bank.

Duties include:

Loan Operations, Including but Not Limited to: Vehicle Title Processing, Deed Recordings, UCC Filings, Closed Loan Daily Functions Perform Daily Bank Office and Operational Responsibilities as Assigned or Requested Assisting and Troubleshooting Customers with Retail Online Banking, Including but Not Limited to: Mobile Banking, Mobile Deposit, Bill Pay Assisting and Troubleshooting Customers with EFT/Debit Cards, Including but Not Limited to: Adjusting Limits, Password Resets, Fraudulent Charges Monetary Transactions with High Accuracy Providing Cash Receipts and Payments Provide Product and Service Information Customer Service A Positive Attitude Quality Communications Skills Represent the Bank in a Professional Manner Additional Training Provided as Needed for Ideal Candidate Other Duties as Assigned Full benefits package provided.
