This role involves hands-on construction work, project coordination, and ensuring that all work meets safety standards and quality expectations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for construction, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to diverse tasks across different phases of construction projects. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute construction tasks accurately. Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and efficiently. Perform construction activities such as framing, drywall installation, roofing, masonry, concrete finishing, and flooring installation. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications. Assist with construction estimating, material fabrication, and site planning to optimize project workflows. Install doors, windows, cabinets, glass panels, trim carpentry elements, stucco finishes, and perform restoration work as needed. Maintain a clean and organized job site while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues promptly and ensure project deadlines are met. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with knowledge of various trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, and concrete finishing. Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project execution. Hands-on experience with construction management software like Bluebeam is highly desirable. Ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of construction estimating processes and inspection procedures. Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction sites. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs. Relevant certifications in construction trades or safety (e.g., OSHA) are preferred but not mandatory.
