Job Summary Woods Roofing & Exteriors is looking for a dependable, hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This position will support our repair and gutter crews with hands-on work in the field, helping complete roofing repairs and seamless gutter projects to the high standards our customers expect. Responsibilities Assisting with residential roof repairs and maintenance Helping with the installation and replacement of seamless gutters and downspouts Loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment Assisting with tear-off, material handling, cleanup, and jobsite preparation Using hand and power tools safely and properly Setting up and maintaining a clean, safe jobsite Assisting experienced crew members with various construction tasks Following project specifications and company safety standards Providing professional, respectful service at every customer's home Experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Able to work safely on ladders and roofs Physically capable of lifting materials and performing hands-on labor throughout the day Willing to learn roofing repair and seamless gutter installation skills Able to work independently while also being a team player Previous roofing, gutter, construction, or general labor experience
