We specialize in delivering high-quality roofing solutions for commercial clients and are committed to safety, accuracy, and long-term building performance. We are currently hiring a Roofing Technician to support commercial roof inspections, condition assessments, field measurements, and project estimating support across the Sioux Falls area. This is a hands-on role that involves working on commercial rooftops, collecting and documenting roof system data, and assisting internal teams with repair, replacement, and budgeting recommendations What You'll Do Inspect and evaluate commercial roofing systems in the field Perform roof measurements and verify site conditions Collect data for roof condition reports and asset documentation Assist with estimating repair and replacement projects Conduct core samples to identify roofing system materials and conditions Support development of roofing budgets and forecasting Maintain accurate field notes, records, and project documentation Travel locally to commercial job sites within assigned territory Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Profit sharing Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays What We're Looking For Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Construction Management, Construction Technology, Engineering, Architecture, or related program (preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills (data entry, reporting, email communication) Ability to work independently in field environments Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Work Environment Work performed on commercial rooftops and active construction sites Outdoor exposure in varying weather conditions Physical activity including climbing, walking rooftops, and field measurements Additional Requirements Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. #hc247819
