Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Countertop Installation Helper to join our team. This role involves assisting with the delivery and installation of countertops at residential and commercial job sites. The ideal candidate is physically capable, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Responsibilities Assist lead installers with countertop installation (granite, quartz, etc.) Load, unload, and transport materials safely to and from job sites Drive company vehicles to deliver countertops and equipment Help measure, cut, and fit materials as needed Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in good condition Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Provide professional and courteous service to customers Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift heavy materials (50-100+ lbs) regularly Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Basic construction or installation experience preferred (but not required) Ability to work early mornings and occasional overtime Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with countertop installation or general construction Familiarity with hand and power tools DOT medical card (if applicable) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Opportunities for overtime On-the-job training and skill development Health insurance, PTO, 401(K) 100% Employee Owned Company
