Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and assist skilled tradespeople accordingly. Support roofing installation, Operate basic heavy machinery such as forklifts when trained and certified. Adhere to safety protocols at all times while working on construction sites to prevent accidents or injuries. Experience Previous construction site experience is highly preferred; familiarity with various trades such as carpentry, masonry, or roofing is advantageous. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation demonstrates your readiness for this role. Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics helps you understand project plans clearly. Mechanical knowledge related to construction equipment or systems enhances your versatility on-site.
