This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and participate in high-quality roofing projects, specializing in roof coatings, restoration, and related commercial roofing and construction tasks. As a vital part of our crew, you will be responsible for executing coating applications, overseeing safety protocols, and ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship on every project. Your expertise will help deliver durable, weather-resistant roofs that stand the test of time, all while fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment. Duties Lead and supervise roofing crews during commercial roof coating projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on site Prepare surfaces for coating applications by cleaning, scraping, and repairing existing roofing materials Operate power tools, hand tools, and other equipment necessary for roofing and restoration tasks Read scopes of work, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks such as moving materials, installing roof coatings, or handling various roofing components Apply roof coatings using rollers, spray equipment and brushes to extend roof lifespan and improve weather resistance Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues early, and ensure compliance with safety standards and project plans Qualifications Proven experience in construction, roofing, or related trades with a focus on commercial projects Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, lifts, and other construction equipment Detail oriented with a strong ability to problem solve, adapt when challenges arise and create a clear course of action. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods while maintaining attention to detail Experience with roof coatings preferred but not required Willingness to be teachable. Ability to manage a job budget and strategically coordinate tasks to keep production high. Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites and roofing operations Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively Company truck provided to foreman Overnight and extended travel required Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier roofing solutions!
