Join Our Team as a Waterproofing Laborer / Installer We are looking for Waterproofing Laborers to join our Murfeesboro team. In this role, you'll work hands-on at job sites installing waterproofing systems and supporting critical foundation and structural protection work. What You'll Do:

Assist with the installation of waterproofing systems, including membranes, coatings, drainage materials, and sealants. Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and site preparation. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites. Support skilled crew members with installation and application processes. Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Help keep job sites clean, organized, and professional.

What We're Looking For:

Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy materials and working on your feet all day. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn waterproofing techniques and systems. Prior construction, waterproofing, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required. Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively. Valid driver's license required.

Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed. Commitment to safety standards and company procedures.
