We are seeking a highly adaptable General Trades Technician who enjoys diverse environments and tackling a wide variety of hands-on projects. The ideal candidate is a true multi-tradesperson who can solve problems on the fly, transitions smoothly between different indoor, outdoor, commercial, industrial and residential job sites, and handle unique field assignments. Strong experience in•but not limited to•framing, trim installation and finish detailing is needed. Our jobs and tasks change constantly, from simple to highly specialized. If you are a high-level handyman, a well-rounded remodeler, or a custom fabricator who likes tackling unique, non-standard projects in changing field conditions, we want to hear from you.

General requirements:

Execute precise measurements, cuts, and installation of interior trim, hardware, etc. to ensure a flawless final appearance, whether working on a rough structural build, a residential project or highly visible public job. Must always be presentable, respectful and aware of your surroundings Show up, be on time, awake and ready to work Someone who can hustle when needed, enjoys doing something different every day & doesn't mind getting dirty if the job requires it. Must have valid TN driver's license with clean driving history, no criminal background (governmental background checks are required) and be able to pass random drug tests We provide company vehicles, tools and everything needed to do your job Pay depends on your work history and experience; starting rate is between $23•$28 per hour.
