Additional requirements for structural sealants. Specific project includes Tremco sealant products. May require travel to Austin. Primary project location in San Antonio. On downtime, will be required to assist in waterproofing installations for other projects such as sealants, air barriers, flashings and metal flashings. Will learn to do other waterproofing installations. Work under the guidance of supervision of superintendent as well as work as a team with other waterproofing field personnel. Attend monthly safety meetings, promote and practice safety out in the field. Capable of being accountable for production efficiency and maintaining project schedule. Experience Minimum 3 years experience working in related waterproofing scopes. Installer experience should include finish caulking, caulking, air barrier, hot applied waterproofing, insulation, metal flashings, flashings, exterior coatings, traffic coatings. Preferred certifications include lift, fall protection, scaffold, swing stage, OSHA 10 or OSHA 30. Skills English speaking, bilingual preferred. Able to work as part of a team in the field and within office personnel. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Must be ambitious to complete projects successful Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions Must be able to work in elevated locations Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and overtime when necessary Must have reliable transportation to get to different project locations Pay Starting at $25+/hr (Based on experience) License Drivers License/State ID (Required) Work Location Multiple Locations (Austin/San Antonio area)
