The Service Technician/Helper Role:

Turn Construction is seeking novice to experienced Technicians/ Helpers to join our growing team! The ideal Service Technician/Helper candidate would have some knowledge of roofing, carpentry, painting, and concrete. Stucco is a plus! The customer experience is as important as quality work, and we are looking for craftsmen in the making that believe in delivering both. As a Service Technician, you will collaborate closely with the Service Forman and Coordinator on your assigned projects. Beyond this, your role encompasses a range of duties, including but not limited to: executing assigned service tickets and projects. Provide detailed photo documentation of all repairs and work performed. Assisting the Lead in creating detailed progress updates and completion reports to supervisor and coordinator. Assist with Quality Assurance and Quality Control checks for each job to ensure that Turn Construction standards are consistently being met. Ensure work is performed safely per OSHA regulations.

Job requirements include:

Have Roof System Repair Knowledge (Tile, Metal, Shingle, EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod Bit, Gravel BUR). We will train the right candidate. Have a working understanding of industry standards and manufacturer standards for completing warranty-compliant flashings/patches/repairs. Have industry knowledge of roofing, concrete, carpentry repair products and application methods/standards.
