Commercial Roofer Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofer with 5+ years of commercial roofing experience . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, standing seam metal roofing, and modified bitumen (Mod Bit) . This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a commercial roofing crew. Responsibilities Install, repair, replace, and maintain commercial roofing systems. Perform work on TPO, metal roofing, and modified bitumen (Mod Bit) roof systems. Install insulation, flashing, edge metal, coping, and roof accessories. Conduct roof inspections and identify leaks or damaged roofing materials. Remove and replace existing roofing systems as needed. Operate roofing tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Read and follow project plans, specifications, and manufacturer installation requirements. Maintain a clean and safe work area while following OSHA and company safety standards. Work effectively with foremen, supervisors, and other crew members to complete projects on schedule. Qualifications 5+ years of commercial roofing experience required.

Proven experience with:

TPO roofing systems Standing seam/metal roofing Modified Bitumen (Mod Bit) roofing Experience with commercial roof repairs, replacements, and new construction. Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding work. Familiarity with roofing hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus. Preferred Skills Experience with additional commercial roofing systems such as PVC, EPDM, BUR, or roof coatings. Experience installing sheet metal flashing, coping, gutters, and trim. Ability to identify roofing deficiencies and recommend appropriate repair solutions. This position is ideal for a dependable commercial roofer who takes pride in quality workmanship and has extensive experience working on TPO, metal, and modified bitumen roofing systems in commercial construction environments.
