This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse roofing installations, repairs, and remodeling projects that enhance the safety, durability, and aesthetic appeal of buildings. As a Roofer, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality craftsmanship while adhering to strict safety standards and construction plans. Your expertise will help ensure customer satisfaction and project success across a variety of outdoor environments. Duties Install, repair, and maintain various roofing systems including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, and tile laying. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute roofing projects. Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques safely and efficiently to complete roofing tasks. Conduct siding installation, stucco application, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing as needed for comprehensive exterior renovations. Follow all construction safety regulations by properly using safety harnesses, ladders, and other safety equipment during outdoor work. Perform roofing repair assessments and implement solutions to extend roof lifespan or restore damaged areas. Assist with remodeling projects by integrating roofing with other building components such as concrete forming or handyman tasks. Maintain a clean and safe w0rk environment by adhering to all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations throughout each project. Skills Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing installation, repair, and maintenance. Strong knowledge of roofing materials including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, single-ply membranes, and tile. Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately for precise project execution. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and heavy lifting techniques safely. Familiarity with construction estimating processes to assess project scope and material needs effectively. Knowledge of construction safety harnesses, ladder use protocols, and adherence to workplace safety regulations. Experience with siding installation, stucco application, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, remodeling projects, and c6ncrete forming is a plus. Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions with an emphasis on safety protocol adherence.
