Job Description Job Description Job Description We are seeking experienced Waterproofers to join our team supporting commercial and industrial construction projects. The Waterproofer will be responsible for installing and applying waterproofing systems, sealants, coatings, and moisture protection materials to protect structures from water intrusion and environmental damage. Responsibilities Install sheet-applied and hot-applied waterproofing membranes on commercial and industrial projects. Apply waterproofing coatings, caulking, sealants, and air/vapor barrier systems. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, priming, scraping, patching, and sealing concrete or structural surfaces. Install bentonite waterproofing systems, deck coatings, and water repellent applications. Assist with below-grade foundation waterproofing, plaza decks, tunnels, balconies, and roof systems. Remove and replace damaged or failed waterproofing materials and sealants. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and manufacturer specifications. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, spray equipment, rollers, and torches when required. Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety procedures. Work closely with supervisors, contractors, and other trades to complete projects on schedule. Qualifications Previous waterproofing, caulking, roofing, concrete, or construction labor experience preferred. Experience with commercial or industrial construction projects is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, scaffolding, or lifts. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow installation procedures. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required. OSHA certification is a plus but not required.
