Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Commercial Roof Repair Foreman, where you'll lead and oversee roofing repair projects with energy, precision, and a focus on safety. In this vital role, you'll coordinate daily operations on commercial roofing sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will drive successful outcomes while fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and technical knowledge in a fast-paced outdoor setting. Essential Responsibilities Lead and supervise commercial roof repair crews. Perform roof inspections, leak investigations, and diagnose roofing deficiencies. Repair and maintain commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Built-Up Roofing (BUR), metal roofing, coatings, and tile roofing. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Train, mentor, and evaluate roofing technicians. Complete daily job reports, photographs, material usage, and labor entries using Dataforma and other company software. Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, supervisors, and office personnel. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory. Verify work quality and ensure customer satisfaction before leaving each jobsite. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing repair experience. Minimum 2 years of crew leadership or foreman experience. Strong troubleshooting and leak detection skills. Valid driver's license Ability to work safely at heights and lift to 75 pounds. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Preferred Skills & Certifications Candidates with experience or certifications in the following areas are highly preferred: Badgeable (manufacturer or company certification) CERTA Certification and OSHA 10 Certification Job Productivity and Crew Management Leadership and Employee Development Commercial Leak Detection Base Roofing Systems, Cold Process Roofing Systems, Roof Coating Systems, Sealant and Glazing Systems, Advanced Metal Roofing Repairs Experience using third-party software for work orders, time tracking, GPS, inspections, and reporting. Dataforma User (Preferred not required) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
