Fence Staining (Experienced)

Who We're Hiring 2x people experienced with fence staining and fence painting. Know the ins and outs of different types of stain, how to stain efficiently and safely with both oil based stains and other stains. You must have an excellent work ethic and even better communication. We're looking for people have a sense of urgency, while still getting quality work done safely. You should be able to work well with a team and also individually. What we're paying This position pays between $18 - $20/hr depending on experience. It is a full-time position, Monday - Friday. Start time each day is typically 7am. About Strong Perimeter Strong Perimeter does all types of fence work ; installs, repairs, paints and stains fences. Responsibilities Stain wood fences Paint wrought iron fences Operate power tools and equipment safely Load/unload materials Maintain clean, organized work areas Interact professionally with homeowners and other team members Requirements Fence staining experience required Ability to work outdoors in various conditions Must be comfortable and physically able to consistently lift 80lbs Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail Pass a background and drug test Ability to follow directions from job notes and other team members, and work independently when needed Who Thrives Here People who have excellent communication about ETA, status of work, unknowns that come up on the job site, and more.
