We specialize in the end-to-end installation of commercial doors, frames, and architectural hardware. We serve general contractors, property managers, and facility directors who demand precision, code compliance, and institutional-grade security. As we expand our market footprint, we are seeking an elite, high-integrity Sales Representative to drive contract revenue and manage key client relationships. Position Overview We are looking for a technical, value-based sales professional—not an order-taker. In this role, you will review blueprints, take off job specifications, and secure contracts for new construction, tenant build-outs, and facility retrofits. Because we believe in rewarding high performance, we offer an industry-leading compensation structure. We provide a massive, stable base salary paired with a generous, uncapped bi-annual bonus tied directly to the gross profitability of your projects.What You Will Do Close High-Ticket Contracts :
Drive the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and blueprint takeoff to estimating, bidding, closing, and handoff.Protect Project Profitability :
Price jobs accurately using our material and labor guidelines, balancing aggressive sales growth with strong company profitability.Build Relationship Pipelines :
Develop deep, lasting partnerships with commercial general contractors, facility managers, institutional buyers, and property owners.Coordinate Operations :
Collaborate with project managers and our field installation teams to ensure strict adherence to project timelines and hardware schedules.Track Project Closures :
Follow up on outstanding proposals, manage change orders, and ensure final contract retention payments are collected upon job completion.What We Are Looking For Industry Experience :
3-5+ years of successful sales or estimating experience in commercial construction, Division 8 (Doors & Hardware), building materials, or commercial facility services.Technical Proficiency :
Ability to read architectural blueprints, understand hardware schedules, and navigate life-safety, fire, and ADA code requirements.Financial Literacy :
You understand the difference between top-line revenue and gross profit. You know how to job-cost an estimate to preserve your margins.Grit and Independence :
You are a self-starter who enjoys building a territory, networking on job sites, and chasing commercial contracts.Valid Driver's License :
Reliable transportation is required for job site walk-throughs and client consultations.Compensation & Benefits Financial Stability :
$8,000 monthly base salary ($96,000 annualized).Generous Profit Sharing :
