In this role, you will focus on repairing homes and preventing future wildlife intrusions through high-quality exclusion work and light construction repairs. We handle the inspections, trapping, and animal removal. You'll be responsible for ensuring homes are properly sealed and restored to keep wildlife out for good. This position is ideal for individuals with roofing, construction, carpentry, handyman, or exterior repair experience who take pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail. Duties Perform wildlife exclusion work by locating and sealing entry points on residential and commercial properties. Install and repair soffits, fascia, flashing, roof vents, gable vents, chimney caps, and other vulnerable areas. Work safely on roofs, ladders, and elevated surfaces. Perform light carpentry, siding repairs, trim work, and other exterior home repairs as needed. Install hardware cloth, metal flashing, and other exclusion materials to prevent wildlife access. Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and construction equipment safely and effectively. Follow company standards to ensure repairs are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Document completed work with photos and communicate project progress with management. Maintain company tools and equipment in a clean and professional condition. Follow all company safety procedures and job site safety standards. Requirements Experience in roofing, construction, carpentry, exterior home repair, handyman services, or a related trade preferred. Comfortable working on roofs, ladders, and at heights. Ability to safely lift and carry 50+ pounds. Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques. Ability to identify and complete quality repairs with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship.
