Job Description

High-Rise Rope Access Window Cleaning Technician (1099 Contractor) We're looking for an experienced Rope Access Technician to join our high-rise window cleaning team. This is a 1099 independent contractor position and is not an entry-level role. Applicants must have previous rope access and window cleaning experience and be comfortable working on commercial high-rise buildings well above 10+ stories.
Requirements:
18+ years old Proven rope access experience required Ability to safely perform high-rise window cleaning Must pass a pre-employment drug test Clean criminal record with no history of violent offenses Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently and maintain productivity throughout the day Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be willing and physically able to work in hot environments and direct sunlight for up to 8 hours per day Strong attention to safety procedures and equipment inspections
