We believe in growing leaders from within. If you have solid hands-on roofing experience and you're ready for your first leadership role, we'll give you the training and support to succeed as a Foreman. What You'll Do Lead a small roofing crew on day-to-day jobs, with support from senior foremen and project managers Organize daily tasks and keep crews on schedule Install, repair, and replace roofing systems to company and code standards Make sure every job site follows OSHA safety rules, including fall protection Check work quality before jobs are signed off Communicate job progress and issues to your project manager Keep job sites clean and organized and track materials Learn estimating, scheduling, and customer communication over time What We're Looking For 2-4 years of hands-on roofing experience Good working knowledge of roof installation and repair (shingle, metal, or low-slope) Interest in leading a crew. Experience as a lead hand or crew lead is a plus, but not required Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Strong commitment to safety. OSHA 10 is a plus, and we'll help you get it Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Able to lift 75+ lbs, work at heights, and work outdoors in all weather Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
