We're looking for a skilled Commercial Roofer who wants steady work, strong leadership, and a clear path to grow within a structured, professional roofing company. This role is focused primarily on commercial roof replacements (TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, coatings), working on a dedicated crew. What You'll Do Install commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, coatings) Tear-off and full roof replacements Work as part of a 3-5 person commercial crew Operate safely on low-slope and steep-slope systems Follow detailed scopes and manufacturer specifications Maintain a clean, organized jobsite Clock in/out digitally and complete job documentation Represent Olympus professionally on commercial job sites What We're Looking For 2+ years roofing experience (Commercial preferred) Experience with heat welding membrane systems Comfortable with heights and physical labor Able to lift 50+ lbs Reliable transportation to and from shop Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred) Comfortable using smartphones / job software Team-oriented mindset
