This is not strictly a general labor position.
We are looking for someone versatile who knows their way around a construction site, can use basic power and hand tools, and can complete some tasks independently without constant supervision. Work will include a little bit of everything, including : Commercial door installation and related work Drop ceilings / ceiling grid- Light framing HVAC ductwork and flex duct Minor tile work Flooring Trim and miscellaneous carpentry Parking lot and exterior work- Material handling and job site cleanup General commercial remodeling and buildout work What We're Looking For Previous construction/remodeling experience preferred Comfortable using common hand and power tools Able to work independently when given a task Self-motivated and able to stay productive Dependable and shows up on time Willing to handle different types of construction work Able to lift and move construction materials Reliable transportation Good attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed This is a good opportunity for an experienced construction helper, carpenter's helper, maintenance technician, or someone with broad remodeling experience looking for steady short-term work with full-time hours. $20-$25/hour based on ability and experience.
