In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through expert craftsmanship, precise installation, and effective project management. Your enthusiasm for construction and renovation will drive quality results, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, utilizing your skills in building renovation, material installation, and technical interpretation to deliver exceptional outcomes. Duties Interpret and follow detailed construction plans, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of renovation projects. Manage all aspects of remodeling tasks including drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, caulking, and trim carpentry to enhance interior and exterior spaces. Install windows, doors, flooring, tiles, glass panels, and other building materials with precision using hand tools and power tools. Operate heavy equipment safely when required for site preparation or material handling during outdoor work. Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines across various construction sites. Coordinate with team members on electrical work, plumbing installations, hardscape features, and other specialized trades to ensure seamless project flow. Maintain safety protocols at all times by following established procedures during outdoor work and indoor renovations. Skills Proficiency with Bluebeam software for reviewing construction plans and technical documentation. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and estimating techniques to plan resources effectively. Extensive experience in construction inspection, site supervision, and interpreting technical drawings. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, tile cutters, and heavy equipment operation. Expertise in building construction processes including framing, trim carpentry, window installation, flooring installation, and door hanging. Knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing installation practices relevant to remodeling projects. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Familiarity with hardscape design elements such as stucco finishes and concrete work for outdoor spaces. Experience with glass installation and other specialized building material applications.
