$[21-25]/hour based on experience About the Job We're looking for hardworking, reliable people to join our Christmas light installation crew. You'll install, maintain, and remove Christmas lights on residential and commercial properties. You must be comfortable on roofs and ladders and able to work outside. No Christmas-light experience is required. We'll train the right person. Responsibilities Install Christmas lights, clips, cords, and decorations Work safely on roofs and ladders Troubleshoot and repair lighting when needed Load and unload equipment and materials Keep job sites clean Remove and organize lights after the season Work efficiently with a crew and provide customer satisfaction Requirements Comfortable working on roofs and ladders Not afraid of heights Reliable and hardworking Quick learner Able to work outdoors and perform physical work Able to lift and carry equipment Good attitude and willingness to learn Roofing, construction, gutter, solar, electrical, or maintenance experience is a plus Who We're Looking For We want someone who shows up, works hard, learns fast, and isn't afraid to get on a roof.
