Residential Repair & Remodeling Specialist Titan Creator | New River Valley & Roanoke, VA Full-Time | W-2 Employee Build More Than Projects. Help Build a Company. Titan Creator is seeking an experienced Residential Repair & Remodeling Specialist to join our growing team. We are looking for a skilled professional who can work independently, communicate effectively with homeowners, and complete a wide variety of residential repair, remodeling, and improvement projects with minimal supervision. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to play a key role in the growth of a company focused on professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer service. Responsibilities Perform residential repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects Complete remodeling and renovation work in kitchens, bathrooms, and other living spaces Install and repair doors, trim, cabinetry, flooring, backsplashes, and fixtures Perform drywall repair, painting, and finish carpentry Build, repair, and maintain decks, fences, and outdoor living spaces Troubleshoot and resolve residential maintenance issues Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide exceptional customer service Maintain safe and organized job sites Manage projects independently and efficiently Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of residential construction, remodeling, or home improvement experience Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong carpentry and general construction skills Professional communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Must provide and maintain personal tools necessary to perform the job Preferred Qualifications Residential plumbing experience Residential electrical experience Deck construction and repair experience Finish carpentry experience Tile installation experience Cabinet installation experience Experience reading plans and scopes of work Ability to identify issues and recommend practical solutions Compensation & Benefits $35-$45 per hour , based on experience and qualifications Full-time W-2 employment Health insurance assistance available
