Job Description

We are looking for an experienced roofing contractor to complete a full metal roof replacement .

Project Details:

Remove and dispose of the existing asphalt shingle roof. Inspect the roof decking after tear-off and replace any damaged or deteriorated wood as needed. Repair one active leak located above the bathroom. Install synthetic underlayment and ice & water shield where required. Install a new 29-gauge corrugated metal roof , including all ridge cap, drip edge, flashing, trim, pipe boots, and color-matched screws. Ensure all roof penetrations and flashing are properly sealed for a watertight installation. Complete a thorough cleanup, including a magnetic nail sweep, and leave the property clean.

Requirements:

Must have experience installing metal roofing. Must have your own tools and transportation. Reliable communication and quality workmanship are required. Ability to complete the project by the scheduled deadline.

Pay:

$3,000.00 per week
