Position:

Asphalt Foreman AC Moate Industries is currently seeking hardworking, experienced individuals to fill the role of Asphalt Foreman .

Responsibilities:

Collect and manage all material tickets and receipts Inspect trucks to ensure all required tools and equipment are present Maintain and perform minor repairs on machines as needed Execute jobs professionally and efficiently Read and interpret blueprints and site maps Complete job reports, work orders, and safety check sheets Serve as a liaison between management and crew through clear communication Conduct pre-route safety checks and report maintenance needs Attend safety meetings and practice safe driving habits Apply materials as assigned Lead, delegate, and support crew members effectively Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment

Requirements:
