Our mission is simple:
Elevate the comfort, protection, and performance of every home we serve. We are expanding our Service and Repair Division and looking for experienced technicians who take pride in quality workmanship, customer communication, and doing the job right the first time. What You'll Do This position focuses on residential service, repair, and maintenance work rather than full roof replacements.
Responsibilities include:
Roof shingle repairs Leak diagnostics and troubleshooting Roof inspections Emergency leak response and temporary tarping Roof cleaning and debris removal Moss treatment applications Gutter cleaning and minor gutter repairs Siding repairs (James Hardie, cedar, vinyl, and composite products) Flashing repairs and replacement Minor exterior carpentry repairs Customer communication and documentation Photo documentation using company software
What We're Looking For Required:
3+ years roofing experience Ability to diagnose roof leaks and repair issues independently Comfortable working on steep-slope residential roofs Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to safely climb ladders and lift 75+ pounds Strong customer service skills OSHA and fall protection knowledge
Preferred:
