Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Roofer Laborer and become an essential part of delivering high-quality roofing projects! Your hands-on involvement will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Duties Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems using hand tools and power tools Prepare job sites by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and safety equipment in accordance with safety standards Support the measurement and cutting of roofing materials based on blueprints, schematics, or project specifications Help with the handling and transportation of materials such as shingles, metal panels, tiles, and other roofing components Perform general construction tasks including framing, metal stud framing, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, and masonry work as needed Support roofers with tasks like concrete forming, fabrication, plumbing integration, and welding for specialized roofing projects Maintain a clean and safe work environment by organizing tools and debris removal throughout the project lifecycle Requirements Prior experience in construction site work or roofing is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding setup, and basic blueprint reading Knowledge of construction estimating processes or schematics is a plus but not mandatory Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety compliance at all times Good physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods Basic handyman experience or skills in carpentry, tile laying, restoration or remodeling are advantageous This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to build a career in construction while contributing to impactful roofing projects.
